Be Your Own Boss: A Catholic CEO’s Principles for Leading Your Life Well
6:30pm – 8:30pm

In a culture of hustle, noise, and constant distraction, how do we live intentionally? How do we balance ambition with our faith, build healthy habits, and stay rooted in what truly matters?
Join us for a powerful and practical conversation with Anupam Martins, a mission-driven leader who has spent his career exploring how to live well—spiritually, mentally, physically, and emotionally.
Drawing from Catholic values, neuroscience, and years of leadership experience, Anupam will share a personal framework for living with clarity and balance across four key areas: mind, body, heart, and soul. This won’t be a lecture—it’s a playbook for real life.
In this conversation, we’ll explore:
✅ A Catholic framework for living with clarity, focus, and peace
✅ How to eliminate distractions and build deep, lasting habits
✅ Why emotional “bank accounts” matter in work and relationships
✅ How to structure your day—and your life—for what truly matters
✅ How to live with purpose when life feels overwhelming or chaotic
Whether you’re early in your journey or at a turning point, this conversation will offer practical tools and meaningful wisdom to help you live with intention and faith.

Summer Intensive
8:00am (06/20) – 5:00pm (06/21)
Cost: 100
Experience the First 4 Quarters of the Encounter School of Ministry
Drawing from the richness of our Catholic heritage and identity, we seek to teach, equip, activate and deploy disciples to be able to demonstrate the supernatural power and love of the kingdom of God in their spheres of influence.
The Summer Intensive is a “Come Taste and See” event that provides a survey of the content offered in the first four quarters of the Encounter School of Ministry over a 2-day period. The first four quarters include: Identity & Transformation, the Prophetic Gifts of the Holy Spirit, Power and Physical Healing, Inner Healing and Freedom. The Summer Intensive is a powerful experience that helps bridge the gap between the supernatural lifestyle of Jesus and the everyday experience of many believers.
Focusing on topics from the first four quarters of Encounter School of Ministry, participants get a taste of the joy, transformation, and renewal that is at the heart of Encounter’s mission. The Summer Intensive is perfect for anyone desiring to attend the Encounter School during the year but unable to do so because of distance or schedule. It is also ideal for those discerning their enrollment in the school of ministry but needing greater discernment.
